Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done.
if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child.
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child
meet your doctor for more information regarding this

Let the baby latch on both breast to get proper milk supply to baby.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Yes So you can go for powder milk in this case because if the mother does not have sufficient lactation for the child in the best option to switch is to go for powder milk only that’s what you can do ask your doctor the brand they recommend go for that
