To help the child gain weight, include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like potato, rice, sweet potato, pumpkin, legumes, egg, chicken, fish, rice water, avocado, milkshakes with dry fruits, gher and 500-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals, 2-3 times healthy snacks and variety of fluids.
