Hello ma’am Yes very clearly your child is having digestion issues which is why your child is not gaining weight also so you should be immediately consulting your paediatrician ones for a medication which will help in healthy and proper digestion to the child and after that probably what is the body is going to digest the food well the wait is also going to increase with time
