Q.

Ma'am/Sir, my daughter remains fine throughout the day but she starts coughing from 3am or 4am in the morning. Why is this happening? Can I give any medicine? plz suggest

A. night time coughing is very common in allergy cough and cold. it might be related to temperature variations which is occurring around the child and the child is reacting to the changes with mucus formation and coughing. you can go for anti allergic medicinesx after consulting your doctor and try to see that the variations in temperature isx not drastic during the night time and evening time
