Q.

Ma'am Om's front three teeth are fully decayed and oftenly a sinus comes on upper gums, what is the remedies and prevention from further decay? And when new tooth come over there.?

A. there are no home remedies in such cases you need to visit a dentist and get proper treatment done either root canal or extraction whatever your dentist advise you after checking clinically
