A. Hai good morning !! Include calcium rich foods as calcium helps in bones strength and bone growth. Milk,diary products,nuts,seeds,cereals,millets ,leafy vegetables in regular diet. Also engage in physical activities,out door play,sun exposure for vitamin D as vitamin D helps in good calcium absorbption.
