ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. hello mam during the teeth coming process do not let your kid put dirty hands or toys into the mouth as this can lead to loose motions and secondly keep wiping the drool if it is coming and start massaging the gums with clean cotton cloth

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to massage on the gums of the child for relief and apart from that you should give calcium supplement to the baby on a daily basis it will help to provide relief
