ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. buy lmp the week of gestation has reached around 10 weeks and if still there is no Heartbeat it is better that you should get it aborted and not to continue the pregnancy
as there will be chances to have abnormal baby even if it continues

Sometimes it is visible by completing the time of 12 weeks also since you haven’t mentioned clearly how much we pregnant you are it would be difficult to give you correct guidance so the doctor would be able to able to give you correct guidance and clarity on the situation
