m having heavy hairfall.. my daughter is 4 months old. wat to do?? how to stop my hairfall??

A. This is the time that is 3 to 6 months when your hormonal changes will be on their peak leading to excessive hair fall. It is absolutely normal. The new hair will grow back soon. Take iron medications regularly

A. hello ma'am Hair fall is a common problem in mothers after the delivery. Please change your shampoo to a herbal shampoo. do twice a week hair massage with almond oil. can use amla, shikakai and reetha to clean hair. Add amla in your daily diet take care
