M from Hyderabad, it's too hot here, my baby is almost 4 months, and exclusively breastfed. She feeds well but m scared she might get dehydrated... any opinions on this?

A. Enou that you are giving to the child just enough nothing need to give to the child and to create dehydration because the milk that you gave is enough for the body to maintain hydration so need not worry about it just keep your child in a content atmosphere
