Q.

m breastfeeding my 25 days old daughter exclusively. I get headache sometimes due to lack of sleep. is it advisable to drink tea or coffee once in a while during breastfeeding

A. Hello mom handling new born baby is a task , please hold on its a phase try to take help and sleep when ever possible yes you can take tea
