Subh 9 bje milk with 2 biscuit nd one hour baad banana fir 12bje roti with vegetable ya milk ke sath fir 4 bje Apple ya koi or fruit fir 6-7 bje rava Upma fir 10-10:30 bje daliya ye sb deti hu sahi h kya time or Khana ya kuch change kru isme plz tell me kyu ki iska vajan nhi bhada rha h 18 month ka h or growth km h iski

A. please don't stick to particular food items. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different ingredients. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.

A. hi well ,kids gain of weight is not so rapid at this stage of age as their activity level is increased. so at first, ensure that your child weighs enough or not. I mean if your child weighs between 8 to 12 kg no need to worry. offer homemade healthy food. keep your child well hydrated give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
