Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, home made paneer, butter and cheese. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give bananas, avocados, pears, apples, papaya and mangoes. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and peanuts.
