ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician9 months agoA. You can sleep on tight side as well do no need yo sleep throughout night at left side keep switching abd raise your feet area a little and take all precautions which must be told to you by your doctor

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 3 m old boy9 months agoA. Hi sleeping on the left side is preferable... but can change the side for few minutes and then get back to left side. also consult ur gynaecologist regarding the same. take care
