Q.

Lots of tossing and turning while sleeping, and wants to have spicy food. Please advice care.

A. Your child is not able to sleep properly mostly due to some discomfort and that they said the most common discomfort that a child goes to is to have a it’s teeth that would be really irritating for a child so I would say that could be the reason and spicy food if you have introduced them that’s okay if your child is liking to have a moderate Chile is completely fine
