A. Green stools, fever, and vomiting in a child can be concerning and might indicate an infection or other health issue. Here are a few steps you can take: 1. **Consult a Pediatrician**: It's important to seek professional medical advice. A doctor can properly diagnose the cause of the symptoms and prescribe appropriate treatment. 2. **Monitor Hydration**: Ensure your child stays hydrated, especially if they are vomiting or have diarrhea. Offer oral rehydration solutions (ORS) to prevent dehydration. 3. **Maintain Hygiene**: Make sure your child is washing their hands frequently to prevent the spread of any potential infection. 4. **Diet Adjustments**: Offer easily digestible foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet) if your child is able to eat solid foods. Avoid fatty, spicy, or dairy-heavy foods. 5. **Temperature Management**: Use appropriate measures to manage fever, such as giving pediatric paracetamol (as advised by your doctor) and keeping your child comfortable with light clothing and a cool environment. 6. **Observe and Record**: Keep track of symptoms, including the frequency and nature of the stools, vomiting episodes, and fever patterns. This information will be helpful for the doctor. Please ensure that you seek medical attention promptly to address these symptoms.
