A. Hello, your baby girl is 5 months old and she use to poop either hard or watery Baby may get either pain and fishure or she may get a dehydration

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORSv and also give probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day
