Include spices and herbs like cinnamon, basil leaf, garlic, ginger, honey, clove, turmeric etc. Increase the liquid intake to 2-3 litres per day. Give water, coconut water, lemon juice, milk and juices. Include yoghurt or curd daily in your kid's lunch. Morning sunlight for 30 mins between 7 to 10 am is essential. First thing in the morning, take lukewarm water with honey and before going to bed take warm milk with cinnamon and turmeric.
