Yes it is because it is basically made up of all the natural ingredients there is no e additional white sugar and stuff into that and all kind of things like ragi and all I’ve been used to make this kind of a product that they are giving so you can give it but just for your own satisfaction do go through all the ingredients so that you’re very sure about what you’re offering to the child
