Little bit cough to my 3 month old son? what we can do?

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. g along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given fhrequently to relieve the symptoms.
