RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. You can take Shatavari powder three times in the day with warm milk that usually helps a lot in increasing the lactation so you can take that and apart from that it’s very very important that you follow for proper balance nutrition diet for yourself
