NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you should be adding warm water to the lactogen milk powder for every 30 ml 1 level scoop of the Powder should be added and then prepared for the child and it has to be consume within 30 minutes from prepared time and if you are preparing 90 ml at 3 level group and 120 ml 4 level scope of powder
