layer in babies nail in 4 fingers like the attached nail. pls suggest what is it? is it harmfull?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate once your baby with local child doctor in person as it is quite difficult to say anything about it without personally examination. Take care
