Q.

last night my 1 year old was sitting on my belly and playing and she started hopping on my tummy. since then I am having nausea and back ache. any help in this regard?

A. Hello dear parent, do not worry dear. Ypu should have been prepared about this. As babies can do all this. Do not think much so your nausea problem Will be solved. Rest go and take good bTh. Use rose water avoid that smell. You will be alright. Good luck and take care
