last month my baby weight is 7 kgs..now it is 7.3 kgs he is exclusively on brest feed he is drinking sufficiently..peeing more than 10 times a day..he is active..why he didn't increase weight much?

The weight of ur baby is perfectly fine as per the age. So no need to worry.
The weight gain is fine.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months as it is the complete food that contains all the essential nutrient required for the growth and development of the baby.
