ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.. same for baby too. stay hydrated. eat protein rich diet. have sunbath every morning

Its Not because of quitting breastfeeding a lot of women face this issue after their delivery that’s very normal with them so in this case you can just go ahead with using regular oil massage if you want you can take a hair spa also probably that is going to help in controlling your hair fall
