last 3 days my child has vomiting cough and dehydria he is 6 Yr old

A. after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in xthis 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usually occurs due to gastritis

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21 to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please give Econorm sachet to the baby twice a day. Please give light food items like khichdi or daal paani to the baby. You can also give jeera rice with curd to the baby. Also increase water intake of the baby. Please give coconut water to the baby to keep the baby hydrated. Thanks and take care
