Q.

last 3 days back she was having a fever, now she ok but from morning she went only 2 time urian and one time toilet and she is having breastfeed and food also

A. Hi mom Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Massage regularly with coconut oil Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Take a good care of your baby Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge etc
