A. as to increase milk you can take lactation supplements ass lactare or mother sparsh vardaan or striveda or Shavatri powder.. take green papaya, bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds, garlic oats sabudana ragi dalia drumstick.. to increase milk.. more you nurse milk will increase..
