Q.
l feel alot of pain in the nipple of breast while breast feeding.and there is redness in the breast ,how to cure it . i feel there is decrease expression of breast and clogged milk ducts within few days ,my baby cryed because of hunger .

U Can you start doing hot compress on to your breasts regularly 3 to 4 times in a day that will help in opening up the clock is also the second thing that is very important is that you should use nipple shield if you have cracks and paint into the nipple you can apply Boroline onto your nipples as well
