Q.
l am a mother of three children after my third child was born , I am having problems on my right heel. Is it because of too much weight or some kind of sickness? kindly advice.

Hello ma’am If you think that you are overweight as per the body size and height of yours then yes it could be due to one reason and the other would be not proper exercise or something so I would advise you to go for a proper yoga or something to eliminate this pain slowly gradually
