Wash and sun dry cereals,pulses,grains ,nuts any 2-3 varieties initially after checking suitability add other grains,pulses. Make fine powder by grinding store in air tight container. Cooking process - Boil water by adding ghee add this powder 1-2 spoons stirr well no lumps formed in semi solid texture.
