Hello ma’am You can give more than 1 teaspoon or tablespoon to a child no issues with the same but since it is ghee that is why I am recommending you to go for the Same because it is really very very healthy and as long as you can continue giving ghee with your child continue with it because nothing is better than ghee for a child
