kya main ane 2 year 3 months baby ko 4 hr ke baad paracetamol repeat de skti hu? ye din ki 3rd dose hogi.

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children7 months agoA. 6 hrs ka grp hona chahiye.. keep the baby well hydrated.. water helps in maintaining body temperature.. u may use wet cotton patti to reduce the temperature.. take care...
