Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning ! As baby is 7 months old feed semi solids twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
Fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes, cerelac, sooji, Dalia, oats porridge,idly, Ragi porridge.
Yes palak puriee once a while include other fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes, millets , porridge for meeting nutritional requirement.
