kya mai apne 9 month k baby ko sarso k tel m bna khana khila sakti hu or namak de sakti hu 9 month ka h to kyuki mere Dr ne bola h 9 month k baad de sakte h bt sab jagah sunti hu ki 1 year k baad

My doctor suggested to give it from the age of six months I give salt never faced the problem but oil I avoided giving up till the age of one year but if you are giving good oil and when you use mustard oil if it is good and not refined oil then you can give mustard oil to the child
