Yes Of course an absolutely you should keep the room temperature warm and keep the heater on full time till the time you are giving a massage and after a bath also the heater should be on for at least half an hour and once you put on the heater take out your child out of that room after one hour only because what happens is immediately if the room temperature is going to fluctuate your child is going to catch hold
