vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.Covid symptoms could be anything like fever cough cold vomiting loose motions irritability loss of appetite and it depends upon the immunity of the child and accggordingly the treatment and management is required
