Neha PatilMom of a 1 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. if possible u can grind some cashue, almonds , makhana, walnut, dates powder, rosted chana rajgira ata , shinghada ata or ragi ata and some ammount of coco powerder to enhance the colour and flavours...store this dry powder and add 1-2 spoon in hot milk according to ur child taste it is a powerpack food insted of market product like horlicks, bornvita, pediasure

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. milk supplements and health drinks and protein drinks are given only after completion of two years of age and whether your child requires any milk supplements or not will be decided by your doctor but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplement /health drinks / immunity booster gummies to the child. this type of energy drinks and milk supplements is just a combination of multxivitamin syrup with protein powder. by growth standards if the growth of the child is within normal limits then usually they do not require such health supplements try to concentrate on home based nutritional diet for your child.
