A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can give dates to eight months old baby. Please start by giving one date in a day. Make sure to soak the date overnight so that it becomes soft and mash it partially before giving to baby. If baby digests easily then you can give two dates. Thanks and take care
