kya 6th month m bacha teeth nikal leta h?? bcoz mera bacha 5-6 bar din mai lose motion type potty kar rha h aise m kya kare? kya calcium tablet ya syrup dena chahiye

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. weather any multivitamin or a calcium supplement is required by the child or not will be decided by the doctor. just continue to give regular diet from serials pulses vegetable milk and fruits which contains all the multivitamins along with calcium.
calcium syrup or tablet dand the dosage will be decided by the doctor according to the deficiency of the child
