ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. your language is not understanding to. Regular daily walking and meditation helps control thyroid to much extent. And consult with reports. Thyroid medicines should never be stopped immediately and you should reduce the dose stepwise and then stop if the levels are remaining normal with consultation of your doctor.
