know my baby is 4 month running n my breast milk is too low n nowadays he does not like to drink my milk hw much i try means allso he doesnt like but not all the time some times.....in a day i feed him 3 times my milk is it ok.....how to increase my milk say some effective remedies

A. mam, please try to take half a spoon of Ajwain for every 30 mins.it will help to increase your breast milk.and also Garlic it will also help you.

you can take two leptadin tablet twice a day with glass of milk
it is very helpful
you can take aswgandha powder or satavri granules with glass of milk daily
please include natural Probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
