See iron supplement should not be given to the child without consulting the doctor it should only be given when your child is having deficiency of it it’s strictly prohibited to give the supplement without Dr’s consent so you can ask your doctor if they suggest you any supplement please go ahead with that otherwise you shouldn’t be giving it
