A. Nachni (Ragi) flour can typically be introduced to babies around 6 months of age, when they begin solid foods. Timing: The best time to introduce solid foods, including ragi, is generally around 6 months of age, whether the baby is breastfed or formula-fed. Preparation: Ragi can be prepared as a simple, nutritious porridge or dalia for infants. Ingredients: For preparation, two tablespoons of ragi flour can be mixed with one cup of water (or milk once the baby is around eight months old). Flavoring: Half a teaspoon of jaggery can be added for taste, if desired.

A. After completing the age of 10 months you can go ahead with giving basic kind of food to the child whatever you want to introduce whatever you are traditionally making at home is the right food to be given to the child so if you want you can go ahead with starting as of now they should not be a problem
