Have good amount of proteins you should have lentils fibre fruits and vegetables into your diet these are the things which are important try to include spinach every day into your diet beetroot and pomegranate for good content of Iron apart from that have at least 3 to 4 L of liquids per day including whatever you are having and feed your child on demand that will help
