kindly suggest me the food for me as I am 4 months pregnent. And this is my second pregnancy..

A. hello you should be having a good a healthy and well balanced food in the diet and include lots of fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits which can help and avoid any gassy causing food in the diet to avoid burning sensation apart no restriction
