one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. diet with requirement for the child containing green vegetables dairy products like paneer card and also protein containing diet like eggs is required
any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out anhd treated which may hamper the growth otherwise.
after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.
