Kindly share diet chart for 19month old boy

A. child should now have all family foods, 5 times or more a day. give more than 1 katori at a time. Give a balanced diet having variety of food groups childs daily diet should have: cereals starch like rice wheat corn , sago, Limited amount of bread at least 2 serving of good protein like pulses beans egg soya , milk and Milk products, fish chicken, meat variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables Nuts like almond ,dry fruits, peanuts, Chiki multigrain laddu peanut butter are good at least half litre full fat milk. But avoid bottle feeding which reduces appetite for other food. milk should also be given in the form Milk products or recipes like porridge or kheer . so 1-2 glasses milk and rest as paneer or cheese or curd add ghee on top of food to provide more energy squeeze some lemon over food where possible to increase iron absorption. 2 healty snacks in addition like veggie sticks with curd dip, fruits, chikki, cutlets , fruit milk smoothie, paneervegetable paneer/non veg cutlets, ragi sooji dosa, seviyan kheer, bread Toasties with vegetables, besan or mundg cheela/bread, soya cutlets, bread with peanut butter, peanut, dryfruit chikki, vegetable stuffed paratha, idli with tomato peanut chutney, incorporate vegetables and paneer, soya in snacks to make nutritious.
