Kid is not sleeping in the nights for three straight days. After feed he starts crying. 4 months old

A. Bonnisan give five drops of this medicine as there could be a possibility that your child is crying because of stomach pain not necessarily because of hunger and that is why the child is not sleeping give this medicine and see if that helps otherwise taken advice with your doctor please
